Royal Worcester Vase decorated by Rushton

A two handled vase superbly decorated with scrolling tendrils and stylised flower heads enhanced with gilt highlights throughout. A slender neck topped with a flared rim supports gilt glazed handles to either side. At the front a painted scene of a lake and mountain signed R (Raymond) Rushton. Further decorative highlights upon the round pedestal base.
Dated: 1919
Condition: Decoration is in excellent condition and the gilding shows little signs of rubbing. There may be professional restoration to the neck beneath the rim
