Incised with the words ‘Say When’ this jug is decorated to resemble a leather made ‘Black Jack’ jug from Cromwellian England, complete with simulated stitching. Enhanced with a silver hallmarked rim (London 1892).

Circa 1892

Condition: In excellent condition with no cracks or repairs. Incised decoration is crisp and the silver shows minimal signs of rubbing save for around the hallmark which is still readable.
